| He prolly didn't submit a lineup which is required....see rule below: B. Each owner must submit a complete starting lineup each week of active players. No bye week players can be used. An owner must ensure they make the necessary transactions during the week to ensure that their lineups meet these requirements. |

| yeah, it's up to the Commish's discretion on how to deal with this. This happened in another league for 2 weeks straight when the owner wasn't participating. The Commish stepped in an took care of it. I hope this was just a mistake in submitting a lineup and nothing more. |
