(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Dec 22, 2008) In a week 16 4YOU DIE HARDS LEAGUE III intra-divisional rivalry, Bada Bing beat a strong The Idaho Potatoes team by a score of 140.05 to 104.70, extending the winning streak for Bada Bing to 3 games.
Bada Bing were led to their 35.35 point victory by a 31.95 point effort from Jay Cutler, who tore apart the Buffalo Bills defense for 359 passing yards in addition to 30 rushing yards. With this performance, Cutler was the number 4 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 16. They also got help from a 23.70 point effort from Antonio Bryant, who beat the San Diego Chargers defense for 127 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.
"We played our hearts out," Bada Bing coach $Tony Greco said.
The Idaho Potatoes were helped out in a losing cause by a 23.20 point effort from Maurice Jones-Drew, who got by the Indianapolis Colts defense for 91 rushing yards in addition to 71 receiving yards. With this performance, Jones-Drew was the number 4 ranked running back for week 16. They also got help from a 20.30 point effort from Antonio Gates, who snuck past the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense for 43 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs.
"They ate our lunch," The Idaho Potatoes coach $Chris Coonts said.
The Idaho Potatoes drew the short straw with their schedule this week, as their point total would have resulted in a win against 8 out of 10 other potential opponents in week 16. This brings the record for Bada Bing to 10-5, and drops The Idaho Potatoes to a record of 10-6.
