A LOT of great keepers here!!! I am not looking for players back as it is pretty hard to imagine a better keeper lineup then Ryan or Brees, AP, Westbrook, and two of Colston, Bowe and Wayne. The one exception is the I might trade Westbrook and one of any of the others listed below relatively straight up someone like Forte or Chris Johnson.
The picks listed are suggestions and what I am hoping are very reasonable requests:
Brees = a low 2d
Ryan = a high 2d-low 3d.
Mendenhall or Parker = a high 2d-low 3d.
Wayne, Bowe or Colston = I will trade one for a 1st round pick or Bowe and Colston straight up for truly special stud WR (like Calvin Johnson, etc.).
(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Dec 22, 2008) In a week 16 Woody Hayes intra-divisional rivalry, Manning's Worst Nightmare squeaked by a tough Fort Worth Cats team by a score of 80.8 to 75.6, extending the losing streak for Fort Worth Cats to 7 games.
Manning's Worst Nightmare were led to their 5.2 point victory by a 15.3 point effort from Santonio Holmes, who got by the Tennessee Titans defense for 93 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. They also got help from a 12.8 point effort from Matt Schaub, who got by the Oakland Raiders defense for 255 passing yards in addition to 10 rushing yards.
"This team has served notice," Manning's Worst Nightmare coach Christopher Thomas said.
Fort Worth Cats were helped out in a losing cause by a 34.8 point effort from DeAngelo Williams, who beat the New York Giants defense for 108 rushing yards and 4 rushing TDs. With this performance, Williams was the number 1 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 16. They also got help from a 16.3 point effort from Pierre Thomas, who got by the Detroit Lions defense for 77 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 26 receiving yards.
"You've got to hand it to them," Fort Worth Cats coach Larry Collins said.
Causing further embarrassment, Fort Worth Cats could have scored 127.5 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Larry Collins left key players like Brandon Jacobs and his corresponding 27.2 points on the bench.
This brings the record for Manning's Worst Nightmare to 8-5, and drops Fort Worth Cats to a record of 8-5.
